Omer Development LLC is a licensed and insured general contractor serving Boulder County, including Superior, as well as the greater Denver area.
Since 2016, our work has focused on framing and structural construction, with experience across a wide range of residential projects—from renovations and structural repairs to larger-scale builds.
Every project begins with a clear understanding of what needs to be repaired, reinforced, improved, or built from the ground up. Whether addressing structural issues, reinforcing existing construction, or bringing a new vision to life, our focus remains the same: delivering quality work built for lasting strength and reliability.
Built on Hands-On Experience
Omer Development LLC is led by Jonathan Garcia, a licensed general contractor whose experience is rooted in framing and structural construction.
Jonathan began his career in framing in 2016, gaining firsthand experience in the work that forms the foundation of a well-built home. That hands-on background shaped his understanding of how structures come together, how problems develop, and what it takes to correct them properly.
Over the years, he advanced into lead and superintendent roles, expanding his experience across residential construction while continuing to bring the same structural mindset to every project.
Today, that experience is at the core of Omer Development. Jonathan takes a detail-driven approach to his work, looking beyond what is visible to identify issues that could otherwise be overlooked. The priority isn’t simply getting the job done—it’s making sure it’s done right, with craftsmanship and attention to detail that will hold up for years to come.
